Anandabodh is made up of two words “Ananda” and “Bodh”, Ananda means bliss, sustained happiness, and bodh means experience, knowledge, perception, so the meaning of Anandabodh is experiencing or attaining everlasting bliss and peace.
Anandabodh was founded by Master Shivachittam in 2002, follows the rich lineage of the Bihar School of yoga. Master Shivachittam, who is a Karma Sannyasi initiated by Swami NiranjanandaSarswati, learned yoga in his early childhood from Bihar School of yoga and has been practicing since then. After a dedicated practice for nearly three decades, he chooses to propel the wisdom of his guru.
In the years before dedicating himself fully to this prominent cause, Shivachittam gained education in Psychotherapy and Counselling, Business Administration, Journalism, and Mass Communication, and Sciences.
Master Shivachittam is a Naturopathist with a diploma in naturopath and yoga (NDDY) as well. He is a certified Yoga Teacher by the Quality Council of India (QCI) and the ministry of the AYUSH department, Government of India. His overall exposure and interests allow him to nicely blend the yogic practices with daily life. This offers his students a holistic and practical experience of yoga.
In the past two decades, Anandabodh has helped evolve life of many corporate employees and other working individuals to manage their work-life stress, transformed countless individuals suffering from illnesses like spinal disorders, mental health issues, Slipped disc issues, Sciatica, Back pain, Cervical spondylitis, etc. Alongside, Anandabodh has trained and transformed Famous Bollywood actresses, Public Figures, Sportsmen, Top-level corporate heads, and Business Magnets.
