swami-satyananda-saraswati “If you are able to go deeper into yourself, then you will come across an experience of immortal and enduring bliss. The experience of the self is called ‘ananda’, which is neither pain nor pleasure. It is state of balance. It is not felicity, it is not gaiety, it is not a sort of joy, it has no excitement, it has perfect depth. That state is called ananda.”- By Swami Satyananda Saraswati
