This is the most common practice any beginner can perform. Sit in a room and close your eyes. Now observe all the disturbances going inside and outside of the room. 5.COUNT YOUR BREATHS:
Again, this is the most common activity and also beginner-friendly. Sit comfortably and do nothing. Close your eyes and start concentrating on every single breath. Do the inhale and exhale activity as slow as possible. This will help you to calm your mind. This is the best activity you can do to get a good sleep if you are suffering from insomnia. Perform this activity before sleeping and you will surely get good results.

6.BODY SCANNING:
Close your eyes and start looking at your body parts from head to toe and toe to head within your mind. This simple activity will aware you of yourself. Self-awareness plays an important role in the process of healing. So, do not forget to perform this activity.

7.SPEND TIME WITH NATURE: 
Visit a park, sit on your balcony, wander freely on your terrace and observe the birds, their chipping, squirrels, trees, herbs, and shrubs, feel the winds touching your face, sit in the sunlight. Do not forget that nature is a natural healer.

8.DEVELOP A FEELING OF GRATITUDE:
Thank the positive energy for everything you have achieved so far. Water, sky, wind, fire, earth are the main elements of one’s life. Thank nature to be with you. Thank everyone for the food, for the clothes and every single thing you use. Having a feeling of gratitude helps us to avoid stress and anxiety. It provides a feeling of satisfaction within ourselves which further helps us to be good human beings.
