- PARVATASANA (MOUNTAIN POSE):
Parvatasana, also known as mountain pose, is one of the 12 asanas we perform during Surya Namaskar. It improves blood circulation over the head and hence helps in reducing hair loss and promotes hair growth.

- SARVANGASANA (SHOULDER STAND):
Sarvangasana is also known as a shoulder-stand pose. This is one of the most beautiful asanas to perform and get tremendous benefits from it. Sarvangasana improves blood circulation from toe-to-head and is also beneficial if you have a dry scalp and thin hair.
One should avoid this asana if suffering from high blood pressure, slipped disc, should be avoided during menstruation as well.
- BALASANA (Child Pose):
As clear with the name, it means child pose. You can perform this asana if you are suffering from hair loss or digestive problems. You should avoid this asana if you are suffering from back pain, knee injury, and neck pain.
- SIRSASANA (HEAD STAND):
Sirsasana is also known as headstand. It is beneficial in blood circulation. One should perform this asana if suffering from baldness, hair loss, and hair thinning. This asana should strictly be done under someone’s guidance. It takes a lot of pf practice to acquire the pose. You can take the help of a wall if you are a beginner.
- MATSYASANA (FISH POSE):
Matsyasana, commonly known as fish pose has tremendous benefits for those who desire long and healthy hair. This asana is one of the most aesthetic poses. Again, this asana should be done under someone’s guidance if you are a beginner.
- ANULOM VILOM AND NADI SHODHANA PRANAYAMA:
This pranayama has various benefits like improving the respiratory system, cardiovascular health, and also hair growth. The best time to perform this pranayama is early morning, before breakfast. It helps in balancing breathing and energizes us. It helps in pulling out the toxic substances from our bodies and provides a night of good sleep.
